Mobi Pixel Bar IP — Wireless Battery LED Wash Bar, IP65
The Mobi Pixel Bar IP is a fully wireless, battery-powered LED wash bar built for productions that cannot afford to be tied to a power outlet. Sixteen 4-in-1 RGBA LEDs at 20 W each deliver a total output of 240 W — noticeably brighter than competing 160 W bars in the same form factor — giving lighting designers real punch on large stages and in daylight outdoor setups.
Its headline feature is genuine independence from mains. A built-in 21,000 mAh 18650 lithium battery keeps the fixture running for up to 8 hours, and the moment shore power (100–250 V AC) becomes available the unit switches over seamlessly while continuing to light. An intelligent BMS manages charging and discharging, protecting the cells against overcharge, deep discharge, overcurrent, overheating and short circuits.
The body is rated IP65, so dust and rain are no obstacle — the bar works equally well on a covered stage and in the open air. Color temperature is adjustable from 2,000 K up to 10,000 K, and PWM frequency reaches 25,000 Hz, eliminating flicker on camera for film and broadcast work.
Control is exceptionally flexible: wired DMX/RDM, wireless WDMX (G3/G4/G4S) and 2.4G, an IR remote, and a dedicated iOS/Android app. Multiple bars lock together in seconds without tools, and the OLED display rotates 180° for any mounting orientation.
In short, the Mobi Pixel Bar IP offers the same IP65, battery-driven, wirelessly-controlled concept as the Astera AX2-100 PixelBar — with more raw output, broader protocol support, and a far more accessible price tag.
